Hello! Every registration weekend, we seem to find countless threads started by members who cannot see things that they feel they should now be able to view. In order to keep track of these, and to fix them as quickly as possible, please make a post in this thread and this thread only.

A few things to note --

Please make sure that you are being patient!! If you have just rushed off your validation posts -- give it some time. The staff are working as quickly as possible to get these validated for you, but with the large number of registrants on the board, it can take some time. As clearly stated on the board, this process can take up to 24 hours.

Proper use of your name? Please be sure that you have selected an acceptable user name. If not, then your posts aren't going to be validated at all. Things that are not allowed include the following: cannon names (Potter, Weasley, Black, Dumbledore...etc), middle names, single names, 'screennames' (potter87, i_love_harry, etc...)

Validation posts visible? Please make sure that all of your validation posts are now visible. A quick way to do this, is to click on your name in the upper left hand corner of the screen. This will bring you to your profile. In the center you will see 'topics'. By clicking 'posts' on this bar, it will show you all of the validated posts that your account has made. If you see five there -- then you should now be able to view more of the board. If not -- well that's what this thread is for

If you truly think your account is 'stuck' (and you've read what is above) then please post below.

REMEMBER -- it can take up to 24 hours to complete validation! Do not post that you are "stuck" if 24 hours has not passed yet!!

I have noticed that other people's group is changing to eleven year old traveler at twenty posts, and I'm currently at twenty two posts and still listed as a shopper. Can it take up to twenty four hours for that to change as well or is something wrong?

Yup, you were definitely "stuck". I've bumped you up to where you should be.

The group of post that I am in are either evelen year old travler or already sorted into Hogwarts, did I do something wrong for the Verifiacation process?

The people that are in Hogwarts or otherwise have posted a lot more than you have. Start to role play with people and you will move through the groups.
